I know that it happens to the best of us, but when it does it stings. And I mean STINGS, like getting hit in the balls with a soccer ball then having the feeling not go away. There are things that I try to do to get rid of it (such as a music video), but it still never really goes away until some great idea pops into my head.

What do you guys do to get out of it? Just wait, or find something to do like a collab?

As for a tutorial... I hate it when people use sprites poorly. They're like "Oh, I'm just using sprites, I don't need to put work into it!" Well, they do. They just never took the time to find out the correct way how. So, I'm making a sprite tutorial that should be into the portal within the next week. If you ever see anybody in need of one, link them to it.

There are so many people out in Newgrounds that really need to get something in their head checked- spriters. There's nothing wrong with them (I'm one, in fact), but some are just awful. They make awful attempts at fights, and they don't have a clue what they're doing. That's where I come in. I've already made a sprite tut for Animation Main on the Flash Forums, and I figure it's high time to make something for the portal. Look forward to it sooner or later.

If ANYBODY ever reads this, I'd like to recommend them to the Super Smash Bros. Melee Collab 3. The first one (from almost the beginning of 2006) was okay, the second was no better, but we want the third to be something special.

The Redesign. It's been a long time coming, but we knew it would be here sooner or later. It's different, but we'll get used to it. Sure, it's eye candy, but what are the BIG things. Not just the big things, but the really big things that will make a humongeous difference in the way we run newgrounds. I don't see anything HUGE. Sure, I love everything about the new NG, but it's the same stuff, covered with gloss and with some features added.

Great job Tom. I just hope that the NG mag can catch up.
